Against Me! Singer becoming a woman

Talk about stealing Carmens thunder huh? haha! completely kidding.    Lead singer Tom Gabel, of the band Against Me!, shared his story with Rolling Stone Magazine on his plans to become a woman, with the help of hormonal treatments, electrolysis and possible (likely)surgeries that will all help move the process along.

The LA Times reported that the singer has no interest in men, and will remain married to his wife and devoted to his 2 year old daughter.   Tom explains that his desire to undergo the transformation is actually a condition called Gender Dysphoria, which Chaz Bono has openly discussed in the past.
