Holy Gay News overload! Just yesterday, actress Joanna Johnson, star of The Bold and The Beautiufl came out of the closet as lesbian! Woot woot!

Joanna has been a successful actress on the show for over 20 years, and is also a successful hollywood producer behind such hits as “Hope & Faith” with Kelly Ripa. In addition, Joanna has been married to her wife since 2008! They have been togehter for 9 years and have two children. They married in the breif moments when same-sex marriage was legal in California – before Proposition 8 was passed.

Joanna is now speaking candidly about being in the coset as an actress (and why that was nessacary for her), her social hangings with KD Lang, Melissa Etheridede and Ellen, and her advice for young women today.
