Reality TV inspires the top baby names of 20011…eek!

Keywords: top baby names 2011, top girl names, reality tv

Breathe easy – Snooki is NOT a top baby name for 2011. America isnt that tainted…yet.

However, it seems that the names of reality stars and their children are quickly inspiring millions of Americans and their own regeneration processes as the second to first boys name for 2012 is Mason! (As in Mason Dash Kardashian, Khloe’s son!)

That’s right.

It seems that if your aunt is a socialite turned amateur porn star, then you too can influence the names of literally 19,396 children in 2011. That’s how many boys were regsitered and named as Mason! And it cant be just conicedence. The kardashian reality tv empire has been taking over trash tv and mags for several eyars now and this year it all definetly came to a head for them! BEtween Khloe and Lamar’s pistachiso commercials, Kourtney’s god-awful husband Scott Disick/Donald Trump Jr and Kim’s virtuous two month long marriage to Chris, this klan has been all over.

P.S. – I chose this picture of them becuase when I saw it – I wanted those sequin cardigans. And I have been known to drop a pretty penny on quality duds…but you know how much they cost?

A mere $2,095.00. Beeatches.

Anyhow, love them or hate them, Chloe with a “C” is also the number 10 girls name for 2011! That’s just wack because everyone knows that Kim is the hot one and Kourtney is the cute one!

Also to note is that the number 1 name is Sophia – could that have anything to do with rapping sensation and Ellen’s  buddy Sophia Grace?

Here are the rest of the 2011 Top 10 Baby names for boys and girls…

Damn…that list seems accurate based on the baby announcements I’ve seen on my news feed on Facebook this year alone! All I can say about that is that I hope when it’s my time to have children with my partner, I hope my top top names are not reminiscent of celebutantes and socialites who are out of touch with reality yet get to call themselves ”reality stars”!
